Terms of Consultation

These terms govern consultations booked with Dr. Ashish Bansal at House of Aesthetics, Greater Kailash-1, New Delhi, whether in person or by tele-consultation.

Appointments

Consultations are by prior appointment only. The clinic operates Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday to Sunday, 10:30 AM–2:00 PM and 6:00 PM–8:00 PM (closed Wednesdays). The current consultation fee is ₹1,800 for a comprehensive intake, payable at the clinic or as advised at the time of booking.

Tele-consultations

Video consultations are offered in compliance with the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines (2020) issued by the National Medical Commission of India. Prescriptions issued through tele-consultation are digitally signed and valid under these guidelines.

Cancellations & rescheduling

We request at least 4 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment, so the slot can be offered to another patient. Please call or WhatsApp the clinic desk at +91-8076372929 to reschedule.

Clinical scope
